Information And Requirements For Fresh Undergraduate Students And Returning Students For 2024/2025 Academic Session.

RESUMPTION AND REGISTRATION
This is to inform all students of Venite University that the 2024/2025 Academic Session is set to commence as follows:

• Fresh Students: Sunday, 24th November, 2024
• Returning Students: Sunday, 8th December, 2024

EACH FRESH UNDERGRADUATE IS EXPECTED TO PRESENT THE ORIGINAL AND THREE (3) PHOTOCOPIES EACH OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR DOCUMENTATION AT THE ACADEMIC AFFAIRS OFFICE AND COLLEGE OFFICE:

1. Provisional Admission Letter
2. Academic credential (JAMB, O levels, A levels, etc.)
3. Birth Certificate or Sworn declaration of age
4. Certificate of Local Government Origin
5. Letter of attestation from your parent or guardian vouching for your good behaviour
6. Referee form to be filled by a clergyman/senior officer
7. Four (4) recent coloured passport-size photographs
8. Student Biodata Form
9. Student Health Information Form

PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

• Candidates who are offered Provisional Admission are expected to present a Printed Payment Receipt of required fees generated from VUI PORTAL.
• Details of total fees for the 2024/2025 Academic Session is on the School Website.
• Details on how to make payment on the school portal and download receipt is also on the School Website.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Mobile Phone: The use of mobile phones is restricted and not allowed in the classroom and academic area to ensure concentration.

MODE OF DRESSING
Venite University places a heavy premium on the appearance of all Staff as well as all Students within and outside the University.

STUDENTS HAIRDRESS AND MAKEUP

• Female students are not allowed to wear outrageous hairstyles and heavy makeup.
• Only decent and moderate hairstyles and makeup are allowed.
• Male students must have well-trimmed haircuts and must be clean-shaven at all times.
  All Students are mandated to:
• Dress formally during school hours (8 am-5 pm), Monday-Friday. However, all Students shall dress decently at all times.
• Wearing of Jeans may be allowed after school hours and at weekends provided they are clean and not defaced

STUDENTS ON MEDICATION
It is mandatory for Parents to disclose their ward’s health status and prescribed medications. Chronic, genetic or other long-term ailments shall be carefully monitored by the University Health Center to assist Students achieve best academic and overall results. Therefore, Parents are enjoined to cooperate with the University Management in this regard.
