VENITE UNIVERSITY LEADERSHIP INSPECTS KEY INFRASTRUCTURAL PROJECTS

Venite University, Iloro Ekiti, has reaffirmed its commitment to rapid institutional development as the Pro Chancellor, members of the Governing Council, and the University Management undertook an inspection tour of ongoing infrastructural projects within the campus.

The inspection exercise covered major development sites, including the Central Library Extension, the Anatomy Morgue, and the world class Central Laboratory for Medicine and Health Sciences, all of which are at finishing levels of completion.

Leading the delegation, the Pro Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Professor Olabisi Aina, expressed profound gratitude to God Almighty for the steady growth and transformation of the university. In a moment of deep reflection, she sang songs of thanksgiving and led prayers, acknowledging divine grace as the driving force behind the institution’s remarkable progress.

She commended the University Management for its dedication to infrastructural expansion and efficient project execution, noting that the visible developments across the campus are clear indicators of purposeful leadership and vision.

The Pro Chancellor also appreciated the contributions of members of the Governing Council and partners of the university, whose continued support has played a vital role in sustaining the institution’s growth trajectory.

Speaking during the inspection, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Charity Aremu, reiterated the university’s resolve to provide world class facilities that will enhance teaching, learning, and research, particularly in critical areas such as medicine and health sciences.

Also present during the exercise was a member of the Governing Council and Director of Strategy, Advancement and Partnership, Honorable Dapo Kolawole, who represented key partners of the university. He expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of the projects, reaffirming continued support for the university’s development agenda.

The inspection concluded with renewed optimism among stakeholders, as the university continues to position itself as a fast growing institution with a strong focus on academic excellence and modern infrastructure.
