Venite University Governing Council Member, Mr. Seyi Aiyeleso (OSKA) Appointed as MD/CEO of Agbeyewa Farms Limited

In a significant milestone for Agbeyewa Farms Limited, a subsidiary of Cavista Holdings, Mr. Seyi Aiyeleso has been appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.

This well-deserved appointment reflects Mr. Aiyeleso’s exemplary leadership qualities, extensive experience in the business sector, and his unwavering commitment to excellence.

The announcement was met with widespread acclaim, including a congratulatory message from Venite University through Dr. E.A. Agbaje, Registrar and Secretary to the Council, who praised Mr. Aiyeleso’s transformational leadership and invaluable contributions to the sales and marketing industry. A member of the Venite University Governing Council, Mr. Aiyeleso has also been a guiding force in academia, providing strategic insights and support to the institution.

His appointment signals a new era of growth and innovation for Agbeyewa Farms Limited, further cementing the company’s position as a leader in the agricultural sector.

Olaoluwaseyi Silvannus Kehinde Aiyeleso (OSKA) brings over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, having held senior roles in multinational corporations like Cadbury Nigeria Plc and Conoil Plc, where he excelled as General Manager (Sales) for West Africa.

He previously served as the Director of Sales at Cavista Holdings Limited, overseeing sales strategies across subsidiaries, including Ikogosi Warm Spring Resorts, Agbeyewa Farms Ltd, Cavista Tech, and Payzeep, before his appointment as DG/CEO of Agbeyewa Farms Ltd.

OSKA has also held key public sector roles, including Director-General of the Ekiti State Enterprise and Economic Development Agency and Group Managing Director/CEO of Ekiti State Fountain Holdings Limited.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (Accounting) from the University of Jos, an MBA from Bayero University, Kano, and is pursuing a doctorate at Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.

A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Nigerian Institute of Marketing, and Nigerian Institute of Management.
